Fleets & company vehicles

Your fleet plugs in. You see what every vehicle cost

Company cars, vans, buses and delivery vehicles charge with nothing to pay and nothing to tap at the plug. Every charge is still recorded against the right driver and vehicle, and billed afterwards.

  • No payment at the plug
  • Logged per driver and vehicle
  • One monthly statement

Why fleets need their own setup

A fleet driver should not be paying at the charger

Public charging is built around a stranger who pays for one session. A fleet is the opposite: the same vehicles come back to the same depot every day, the company pays for all of it, and the driver's job is to get back on the road.

When a fleet uses a public-style setup, drivers pay out of pocket or share a company login, someone collects receipts, and at the end of the month nobody is sure which vehicle used what. Savekar treats your own vehicles differently: they just plug in, and the record is made for you.

  • Drivers get back on the road

With no payment step at the plug, drivers stop losing ten minutes every time they charge.

  • Every unit is accounted for

Each charge is logged against a driver, a vehicle and a depot, so you know what every vehicle cost you.

  • A stopped charger is not a surprise

You hear about a fault when it happens, not when a vehicle turns up for its shift uncharged.

The usual way

Fleet charging run like public charging

  • Drivers pay themselves, then claim it back
  • Receipts collected and matched by hand
  • No clear record of which vehicle used what
  • A broken charger found at the start of a shift

With Savekar

Charging built for your own vehicles

  • The driver plugs in and walks away
  • Every charge logged to a driver, a vehicle and a depot
  • One clear statement at the end of each month
  • A fault opens a job for your team by itself, at any hour

What a driver does at the depot

Nothing to pay and nothing to tap. The work happens in the background, and the accounts team gets it at month end.

  1. 01

    Plug in

The driver connects the vehicle. There is no payment step at all.

  2. 02

    Charging starts

The vehicle charges while the driver hands over or goes home.

  3. 03

    The charge is logged

It is recorded against the driver, the vehicle and the depot.

  4. 04

    Billed afterwards

Everything appears on one monthly statement, ready for the accounts.

For the fleet manager

What you run from one dashboard

One screen for every charger at every depot, whether you have five vehicles or five hundred. You see the chargers, the vehicles and the cost together.

  • See every charger, live

Open your phone and see which chargers are free, which are in use and which have stopped, without visiting the depot.

  • A record for every vehicle

How much each charge used and when, logged against the driver and the vehicle, so costs are never a guess.

  • Faults report themselves

The moment a charger goes wrong, a job is waiting for your team with what failed and at which site.

  • A login for each depot

Give each depot or partner their own login. They see only their own chargers, and you still see all of them.

  • One statement a month

A single clear statement at the end of each month, instead of a folder of receipts and claims.

  • Any OCPP 1.6J charger

AC or DC, any brand. Use the chargers you already have, and add more without changing your software.

Built for the fleets that charge every day

The setup is the same for each. What changes is the vehicles, and how quickly they need to be back on the road.

  • Delivery & logistics

Delivery two-wheelers, three-wheelers and vans that have to be ready for every shift.

    • Fast charging for quick turnaround
    • Charges tracked by shift and vehicle
    • An alert the moment a charger stops
  • Staff & passenger transport

Company cars, cabs and buses that return to the same depot each day.

    • Drivers plug in with no payment step
    • Every charge logged to the driver and the vehicle
    • A monthly statement for the accounts team
  • Several depots

Operators running chargers across more than one depot or city.

    • Every site on one dashboard
    • A separate login for each depot
    • Chargers grouped by building, city or operator

Getting started

From first depot to the whole fleet

Start with one depot and the chargers you already have. Add vehicles, drivers and sites as you go.

How we set up your fleet

  1. 1

    Tell us about your fleet

How many vehicles, what kind, where they park and the chargers and power you have today.

  2. 2

    Connect your chargers

We link your chargers to the platform. Existing chargers work if they support OCPP 1.6J.

  3. 3

    Add your vehicles and drivers

Your vehicles and drivers are set up so each charge is logged against the right one.

  4. 4

    Drivers start plugging in

From then on charging needs no payment step, and the records build themselves.

What it costs

Charging with no payment at the plug, and a separate login for each depot, are part of the White Label plan. Pricing is given on request, based on your fleet. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract, and chargers are bought separately.

Questions fleet managers ask

Do my drivers have to pay at the charger?

No. Your own vehicles charge with nothing to pay and nothing to tap at the plug. Each charge is recorded against the driver and the vehicle and billed afterwards.

How do I know what each vehicle costs to run?

Every charge is logged against a driver, a vehicle and a depot, and you get one clear statement at the end of each month.

Can I use the chargers I already have?

Yes, if they support OCPP 1.6J. The platform works with AC and DC chargers from any brand.

What happens when a charger breaks down?

The moment a charger goes wrong, a job is opened for your team by itself, at any hour, with what failed and which site it is.

Can each depot manage its own chargers?

Yes. Each depot or partner can have its own login and see only its own chargers, while you still see every one of them.
