What exactly is the white-label model?
You run EV charging entirely under your own brand — your logo, your WhatsApp number, and your own payment account. Savekar powers the platform behind the scenes while drivers only ever see you.
How do payments reach me?
Drivers pay directly into your linked account over UPI. There is no settlement wait and no platform holding your money — what the driver pays is what you receive.
Are there hidden charges on each session?
No. There is no per-session platform fee in the white-label model, which also means no double tax deduction on the charging payment.
If drivers only see my brand, how do they find my charger?
Running under your own brand does not cut you off from outside demand. Your stations are shared over OCPI 2.2.1 with partner roaming networks we interconnect with, so their drivers see your station on their map while your own customers still only ever see your brand.
What happens when a charger has a problem?
A service ticket is generated automatically the moment a fault is detected, with the root cause attached, and a WhatsApp alert is sent so it can be resolved quickly — usually remotely.
