1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, browsing, accessing, or using the Savekar mobile application ("Mobile Application") or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before registering, accessing, or using the Mobile Application and its services.
Your continued use of the Mobile Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which may be amended from time to time by Savekar. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue using the application immediately.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- • The Savekar mobile application and services are available only to individuals aged 18 years and above.
- • By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are not previously suspended or disqualified from using Savekar services.
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
- • Savekar shall not be liable for any unauthorized use or access arising from your negligence in maintaining account security.
- • You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as required for maintaining an active account.
- • If you suspect unauthorized access or a compromised password, you must immediately change your password and inform savekarev@gmail.com.
3. Use of Services
Savekar provides electric vehicle (EV) charging services through its mobile application and connected hardware infrastructure.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Savekar reserves the right to refuse or suspend Services if misuse, false representation, or abuse is detected.
You must not:
- • Use the Mobile Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- • Infringe intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.
- • Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses or malicious code.
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
- • Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the Platform or Services.
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your account and potential legal action.
4. Booking and Charging Use
- • Charging slots may be booked through the Savekar Mobile Application.
- • Booked slots are reserved under your name for 30 minutes from the time of booking.
- • If you do not arrive within this time frame, the reservation will automatically cancel, and the charger will become available to other users.
- • No fee is charged for booking or cancelling charging slots.
- • You must follow all instructions displayed on the charging device or within the mobile app while using the Services.
- • Savekar is not liable for damages resulting from improper usage of the charger or non-compliance with safety instructions.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Mobile Application or Services to:
- (a) Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- (b) Harass, defame, abuse, or discriminate against any individual or group.
- (c) Collect or track personal data of others without consent.
- (d) Upload or transmit malicious software, scripts, or unauthorized modifications.
- (e) Circumvent security systems or manipulate the Platform's functions.
- (f) Publish obscene, misleading, or harmful content.
Savekar reserves the right to terminate your account or block future access without notice if such activities are detected.
6. Intellectual Property
- • All content, logos, trademarks, and design elements of Savekar's Mobile Application and Services are the exclusive property of Savekar EV Charging Solution.
- • Your use of our Mobile Application grants you no license or ownership rights to any intellectual property.
- • Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without written consent from Savekar is strictly prohibited.
7. Service Availability and Disclaimer
- • Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- • Savekar strives to ensure accuracy and reliability but does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Mobile Application.
- • Savekar does not guarantee that service descriptions, charger details, or availability displayed are always accurate or current.
- • In the event of a fault or error, users are encouraged to report it via the feedback option in the app.
- • Savekar shall not be liable for any losses, delays, or damages caused by service interruptions, system errors, or user negligence.
- • Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
8. Termination or Suspension
Savekar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if:
- • You misuse or abuse the Services.
- • Your vehicle is parked at a charging area outside your scheduled time.
- • You breach any provision of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- • Your account data, including history and rewards, may be permanently deleted.
- • No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
- • Savekar may block or blacklist your credentials to prevent future registrations.
9. Third-Party Links and Applications
- • The Savekar Mobile Application may contain links to third-party platforms.
- • Savekar is not affiliated, endorsed, or responsible for the content, services, or policies of these third parties.
- • Your interaction with external links is at your own risk, and you should review their respective terms and conditions before use.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Savekar EV Charging Solution, its partners, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- • Your misuse of the Services.
- • Any third-party's use of your account.
- • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
Savekar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- • Your inability to use the Mobile Application or Services.
- • Unauthorized access or alterations to your data.
- • Any issue beyond Savekar's reasonable control, including third-party failures.
12. Amendments
Savekar reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on https://www.savekar.com.
Continued use of the Mobile Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
