1. Overview
Savekar EV Charging Solution provides reliable and user-friendly electric vehicle (EV) charging services to its customers across India.
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, in the rare case that you are not satisfied with our services, please review the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to understand your rights and options.
2. Cancellation Policy
Customers can book instant EV charging slots for charging their vehicles through the Savekar Platform or associated applications.
- • Once a booking is made, the charger is reserved under your name and remains unavailable to other users for 30 minutes from the booking time.
- • If the customer does not arrive at the charging station within this 30-minute window, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- • No amount is deducted during booking or cancellation of an EV charging time slot.
- • In cases of technical failure or charger unavailability, Savekar reserves the right to cancel a booking automatically and notify the customer through SMS or email.
3. Refund Policy
If a customer chooses to delete their Savekar account, any remaining wallet balance will be refunded by Savekar EV Charging Solution.
To initiate a refund, the customer must email savekarev@gmail.com with the following details:
- • Full Name
- • Registered Phone Number
- • Registered Email ID
- • Customer Account ID (if applicable)
- • Wallet Balance Amount
- • Date and Reason for Account Deletion
- • Bank Details for Refund (Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, and Bank Name)
- • Once the complete request is received, Savekar will verify the details and process the refund via bank transfer within 10 working days.
- • Refunds will only be made to the original account holder after successful verification.
- • Savekar EV Charging Solution does not provide cash or wallet-to-wallet transfers under any circumstances.
- • Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank's internal processes.
4. Additional Notes
- • No refunds will be applicable for energy already consumed through successful charging sessions.
- • Savekar reserves the right to refuse or delay refunds in cases of incomplete or inconsistent user information, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform.
- • If a refund delay occurs beyond the mentioned period, customers may contact us again at savekarev@gmail.com with their initial request reference.
